Barkingside SNT Conducts Late Shift Patrols at Crombie Close Following Resident Concerns Barkingside SNT has listened to concerns raised by residents regarding anti-social behaviour, street drinking, drug use, and the misuse of nitrous oxide canisters at Crombie Close. In response, officers have conducted late shift high-visibility patrols in the area to provide reassurance to residents and deter criminal and anti-social behaviour. During these patrols, no offences were identified; however, the location will remain subject to ongoing monitoring, and any offences or anti-social behaviour detected will be dealt with appropriately. To further reassure residents and deter offending, police notices have been displayed in the area advising that the location is being monitored by Barkingside SNT. Nitrous oxide is a Class C drug, and officers have powers to seize canisters and take enforcement action where offences are identified. We remain committed to tackling behaviour that negatively impacts our community and will continue to monitor the location. Please continue to report incidents to police so that we can target patrols effectively and keep our neighbourhood safe. Barkingside Safer Neighbourhood Team. PCSO 7005EA Martin K
